The hotel was clean, there where very very helpful and excellant friendly stuff and delicious breakfasts. We had a spacious bedroom. The venue was situated in the central location close to everything Llandudno has to offer. Loved that it was set so close to the pier, shops and the Orme, and the Tram.

The room was very well decorated, had a great view of the sea. Hotel's location was excellent and lovely, to one of the main attractions the Tram to go up to the Great Orme. It was surely a really really nice stay for 2 nights.

I came here with my parent. I booked superior king room for clothes to be put away and could use wake-up service, available in it. Good services were available. The location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk to Happy Valley Gardens. The hotel was in a local area, close to the promenade or the Main Street, Llandudno-by miles, and attractions such as pier, promenade and tram station.
